</br><b>Job Description </b></br><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Join a dynamic and growing team implementing and providing Security guidance to our Canal Street Nashua, NH facility location. This is an opportunity to develop your career and grow your skills in a high intensity, team-based environment, and become a part of the BAE Systems Security program, a highly recognized and awarded team in the Electronic Solutions Business Sector.</span></span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">As a Senior Security Specialist, you will work under the general guidance and direction of the Facility Security Officer (FSO), all levels of leadership, and both internal and external customers to support a variety of interesting and dynamic programs. This role provides onsite support for the site’s collateral security program.</span></span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified/proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.</span></span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Tasks include, but are not limited to:</span></span></span><ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Enforce government and company security policies and provide direction and guidance to program personnel</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Interface with program managers and team members ensuring daily security needs are addressed</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Provide prime/subcontractor security support and direction including the development and maintenance of DD254’s and security guidance</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Develop and revise program level security plans, procedures and instructions</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Provide classification guidance to employees, develop and provide security education and awareness training, and conduct security briefings</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Participate in security self-inspection teams and audits, and investigate security incidents</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Support other security disciplines with the collateral and SAP program to include: Personnel Security, Physical Security, Information Assurance (IA), Communications Security (COMSEC), Operational Security (OPSEC), Document Control and Visitor Control</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Interpret government and internal company policies, develop, and implement security plans and procedures utilizing the new 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM) as well as any other specific programmatic instruction manuals</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Responsible for reviewing, drafting, and ensuring compliance for all collateral DD254s</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Assist with international requirements to include government to government shipments, foreign visitor requirements, and Export Control compliance</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Provide support as necessary during emergencies</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Conduct combination changes, facility checks and alarm response, and also provide occasional style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Assist with facility construction and continued accreditation requirements</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Conduct security clearance indoctrination briefings and debriefings as necessary</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Participate as a team member in misc. groups (e.g., Site Leadership Team, Insider Threat Local Counsel, etc.) eligibility</span></span></span></span></li></ul><br><br><b>Pay Information</b><br>Full-Time Salary Range: $82779 - $140723<br><br>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
