</br><b>Job Description </b></br><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:107%">BAE Systems is seeking a dynamic and visionary IT Service Owner for Supply Chain & Procurement to lead the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and operational excellence of enterprise capabilities supporting sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and supply chain operations. This role serves as the accountable owner for the end‑to‑end digital ecosystem enabling procurement and supply chain processes, including the iValua platform and adjacent enterprise solutions.</span><br><span style="line-height:107%">The Director II will define the long‑range technology roadmap, ensure sustained operational performance, and drive continuous modernization to support business transformation. advanced degree preferred.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:107%">Minimum <b>12+ years of progressive experience</b> in IT, software development, program management, or technical leadership roles supporting enterprise systems.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:107%">Demonstrated experience with iValua or comparable enterprise procure‑to‑pay and supplier management platforms.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:107%">Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, policies, and operational workflows.</span></span></span></li></ul></br></br><b>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills </b></br><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:107%">Proven ability to develop and execute technology roadmaps and drive enterprise platform evolution.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:107%">Experience supporting or sustaining complex enterprise applications in a multi‑program, high‑complexity environment.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:107%">Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to both technical and non‑technical executives.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:107%">Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:107%">Experience in software development, enterprise systems, and program management disciplines.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:107%">Ability to manage cost, schedule, quality, and risk across multiple initiatives concurrently.</span></span></span></li></ul><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:107%">#LI-DM2<br>#LI-Remote</span></span></span><br><br><b>Pay Information</b><br>Full-Time Salary Range: $173023 - $294137<br><br>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
