The team is seeking a full time, on-site experienced technician to support our GPS team. In this position you will partner with engineering to provide expertise and innovative solutions that support the engineering process. Electronics technicians provide, resources, and support with many of the hands on technical tasks associated with engineering.</span></span></span></span><ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" times="">You will be asked to perform a variety of highly complex technical tasks which requires the understanding of electronics theory. </span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" times="">You must be able to perform as a member of a highly technical team with good communication skills and be able to make good judgement calls. </span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" times="">You will be expected to be able to operate automated test equipment as well as various other pieces test equipment within the lab.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" times="">You may be called upon to help determine what equipment we need for capital purchases.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" times="">It's expected that you will help mentor less experienced technicians</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" times="">This role requires you to be able to work off of rough blueprints and schematics.</span></span></span></span></li></ul><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" times="">You must adhere to all corporate policies and procedures as well as policies and procedures within the lab. </span></span></span></span></br></br><b>Required Education, Experience, & Skills </b></br><ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" times="">3+ years of experience working in an engineering lab environment or a 2-year degree in the field of electronics.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" times="">Or a certified electronics technician</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Must have a working knowledge of electronics lab test equipment.</span></span></span></span></li></ul></br></br><b>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills </b></br><ul><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Experience in RF electronics highly preferred. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Troubleshoot/repair electronics down to component level.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Experience in manual and automated testing. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Familiar with different software tools used for circuit evaluation.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Strong communication skills.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Modify engineering designs and products.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Experience with a variety of circuit designs: RF, Digital, Power Supplies.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Experience reading schematics.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Experience with a variety of test equipment: Oscilloscopes, Multi meters, power supplies, Signal Generators, Network analyzers, etc. </span></span></li></ul><br><br><b>Pay Information</b><br>Full-Time Salary Range: $58839 - $94143<br><br>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
