As an Industrial Engineer in this position, the candidate would apply engineering and data-driven techniques to optimize workflows, equipment layouts, and resource utilization across the manufacturing environment. This role supports factory planning, layout design, time studies, and process mapping to drive efficiency, eliminate waste, and improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics. The Industrial Engineer also supports capital planning, lean initiatives, and strategic decisions related to capacity and future growth. Collaboration across operations, quality, facilities, and engineering is essential to ensure sustainable and scalable manufacturing systems.</span></span></span><br><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">This is a first shift position working a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off!</span></span></span><br><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">The selected individual will be based in Hudson, NH and will be supporting other sites across the continental US.
