Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:</span></span><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Manage all project management activities required for successful execution of the tasks associated with the multimedia environment for the Sponsor’s infrastructure. </span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Manage all hardware and software agreements.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Maintain and update all A&A security level documentation along with ATO and new request to remain current with approved versions and remain compliant. </span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Direct activities of resources to meet the sponsors organizational work objectives</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Serve as a liaison to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Ensure delivery of work tracking metrics to Sponsor</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Ensure the accuracy of individual project schedules and schedule forecasts</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Serve as the lead contractor POC for operational issues (incident response, deployments, enterprise coordination, etc.)</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Identify risks and document program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks, quality and successes measures to meet contractual requirements</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Provide status reporting to the enterprise sponsor, and our internal team on progress toward objectives</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Manage and ensure all project issues are reported and resolved promptly to avoid negative impact to the budget or schedule</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Lead the application of project management models (e.g., Agile, Spiral, Waterfall) for a given effort</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Manage performance of workforce</span></span></span></li></ul><br><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">ABC<br>#LI-DDUN</span></span></br></br><b>Required Education, Experience, & Skills </b></br><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">The right candidate will have a minimum of 11 years' of work experience. A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following:</span></span><br> </p><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">8+ years Program Management experience or in other managerial positions or related experience</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Proven success with resource and position management on programs with 50+ FTE/ billets</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Excellent problem solving and leadership skills</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Excellent written and verbal communications skills</span></span></span><br> </li></ul></br></br><b>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills </b></br><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Multimedia Engineering or Network Engineering experience</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Requirements management experience</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Business development and capture experience</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Execution of highly sensitive/classified programs</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal">Project Management Professional certification (PMP) - desired</span></span></span></li></ul><br><br><b>Pay Information</b><br>Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140<br><br>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. <br><br>Employee Benefits: At BAE Systems, we support our employees in all aspects of their life, including their health and financial well-being.
