To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level: Providing support for transportation logistics operations to ensure mission readiness, regulatory compliance, or efficient service delivery; Managing resources to improve operational efficiency and meet organizational priorities; Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and mission success.
