</br><b>Job Description </b></br><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">BAE Systems is hiring Sr DevOps Engineers with experience in system integration and testing.<br>Job responsibilities include:</span></span></span><ul><li class="xx"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Interacting with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifying functional problems and suggests resolutions.</span></span></span></span></li><li class="xx"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Defining internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs.</span></span></span></span></li><li class="xx"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Documenting and analyzing test cases and provides feedback and recommendations for product or design changes.</span></span></span></span></li><li class="xx"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Ensuring testing procedures are in compliance with any required industry specific standards.</span></span></span></span></li><li class="xx"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Contribut to the developingment of improvements to overall testing and quality programs for improved results.</span></span></span></span></li><li class="xx"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Analyzing system requirements and concepts of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plan and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results</span></span></span></span></li><li class="xx"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Providing visibility into progress and impediments</span></span></span></span></li><li class="xx"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Supporting the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports</span></span></span></span></li><li class="xx"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Working with other test organizations to support T&E program integration</span></span></span></span></li><li class="xx"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Providing specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance areas</span></span></span></span></li><li class="xx"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Executing test plans and procedures, confirm results of automated tests</span></span></span></span></li></ul><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:" aptos",sans-serif"="">Acts as witness for demonstrations and testing events providing feedback to government</span></span></br></br><b>Required Education, Experience, & Skills </b></br><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span aptos="" style="font-family:">Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience<br>Experience with GEOINT workflows, Experience with system of systems testing, Experience with test automation software (JMeter, JUnit, Test Complete).</span></span><br><br><b>Pay Information</b><br>Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762<br><br>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
