A qualified candidate must possess: Applicant must demonstrate proficiency in sailing and windsurfing. Applicant must have knowledge of navigational aids, water safety, lifesaving and first aid principles and practices. Must be able to communicate clearly and show ability to instruct. Must know the rules of the Harbor and provide information to customers/students. Must be able to work mainly outdoors with exposure to all environmental and weather conditions but not limited to wind, rain, storms, high waves, and unusual ocean conditions. *** Must be willing to work weekend, nights and holidays***Physical Demands: Long periods of sitting and standing may be required. Pushing/pulling and manual labor required.
