GS-11 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing occupational health and safety programs; conducting hazard assessments and mishap investigations; enforcing safety policies and procedures; implementing safety training programs; and advising on occupational health and safety regulations and practices. GS-09 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supporting occupational health and safety programs, supporting hazard assessments and mishap investigations for a safety and occupational health program; preparing or revising safety instructions and guides; advising on occupational health and safety regulations and practices.
