BAE Systems is looking Systems Engineering Leads to work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test next generation EW systems. Focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare (EW) solutions, individual technical contributions on a related range of Programs will include system development, requirements development, integration & test, and test planning and execution in a field deployment environment. Responsibilities may include:</span></span></span></span></span><ol><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Leading a medium or large team of Systems Engineers on EW related programs</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Managing all system engineering content and work products</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Understanding and implementing the product development process</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Schedule and cost account responsibilities for systems team</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Execution of systems planning and requirements development</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Creation and review of systems requirements to include, software, component, subsystem, and operational concepts</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Allocation of requirements to engineering disciplines</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Creating system test plans, procedures and reports</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Leading product design, development, integration, and verification</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Will have outside contact with customers, other contractors and government officials.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Manage and participate in trade studies, peer reviews, and customer meetings</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Preparing and delivering technical presentations internally and with customers.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Monitor and report metrics such as System Technical Performance Measures</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Supports proposal development activities, including proposal text development, cost and schedule estimating, and presentation activities.</span></span></li></ol><br><span style="font-size:13px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="background:white"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span calibri="">This position will require you to be onsite in either Nashua NH or Manchester NH. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed <b>full-time on site</b>.
