About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying the full range of principles, concepts and practices related to surface combatant ships, carrier and submarine repair and overhaul programs including ship modernization. Experience dealing with Standard Items (NAVSEA), military and commercial specifications and standards, Naval drawings, shipbuilding/ship repair practices and industrial processes to ensure the contractor provides requisite workmanship and documentation in compliance with the contract requirements. Experience applying knowledge of organizational structures of large industrial operations including such functions as administration, contracting, engineering, production, material supply systems, and workload scheduling. Experience analyzing contractor reports and providing detailed statements of work including estimates of labor and material requirements.
