manage Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) and Integration Readiness Reviews (IRR).</span></span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Drive requirements traceability</strong>: Establish and maintain full traceability from requirements to test cases, results, and defects; ensure every requirement is verified and validated.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Automate where it matters</strong>: Build and maintain automated test suites and harnesses (e.g., Python, C/C++), integrate them into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins/GitLab CI), and track coverage metrics to improve release confidence.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Execute system‑level integration</strong> in the software lab and on tactical vehicles, collecting data and logs across CAN/CAN FD, Ethernet, 1553, and serial interfaces;
