About this role

You qualify at the GS-15 level, if you meet the following qualification requirement: I qualify for this position at the GS-15 level because I have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: overseeing day-to-day management of ethics regulations and policies consistent with results-based metrics, aligned with a organization's mission; rendering analysis and advice under the Standards of Ethical Conduct with respect to awards, honorary degrees, prohibited gifts, conflicts of interest, impartiality, and other matters; directing negotiations and discussions regarding political and/or sensitive issues; and developing appropriate guidelines for Office of Ethics program operations as well as procedures for major areas of the program, including outside activities, official duty authorizations, conduct, conflict management in funded research. You will receive credit for all experience material to the position, including experience gained in religious, civic, welfare, service, and organizational activities, regardless of whether you received pay.
