About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing some or all of the following duties: 1.) Providing Naval Aviation solutions to Fleet Support Teams, Program Managers - Air (PMA), and/or Program Executive Offices (PEO); 2.) Leading Naval Aviation projects, developing findings, and briefing higher-level leadership; 3.) Developing planning objectives and management strategies for 3-5 year program tasks; 4.) Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, such as Supply Support, Maintenance Planning, and Technical Data.; and 5.) Providing direct supervision to a geographically dispersed workforce, including Logistics Management Specialists and Operation Research Analysts.
