About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: 1) Providing expert logistics support and proactive problem-solving for MRO-Production Production Lines, ensuring throughput and cost goals are met; 2) Acting as a key liaison and coordinator between various stakeholders, including FSTs, PLs, DLA, and Engineering, to resolve logistics issues; 3) Ensuring compliance with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) practices through assessments, monitoring, and feedback to maintain effective logistics processes; 4) Managing materials and supply support by coordinating with various agencies to resolve issues and ensure future material availability for production; 5) Participating in meetings, providing briefings, and developing procedures to ensure timely and efficient logistics support for production requests; 6) Supervising, training, and evaluating subordinate logistics and supply specialists, ensuring effective team performance and compliance with command programs.
