About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: To qualify for this Supervisory Management Analyst position, you must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level that demonstrates the ability to supervise a geographically dispersed administrative workforce and direct high-volume administrative operations-specifically overseeing organizational travel programs, official mail operations, and government purchase card execution. Additionally, this experience must demonstrate proficiency in executing command-level personnel accountability and enterprise resource planning software, utilizing continuous process improvement methodologies and statistical metrics to analyze and optimize service delivery, and serving as a key liaison to senior leadership and external vendors to coordinate contracted support services and manage high-visibility organizational actions.
