QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To qualify for this position, you must meet the qualification requirements outlined below: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower level within the payband or GS grade in the normal line of progression in the Federal service that demonstrates the required managerial skills and technical competence required to perform the job. To be qualified for this position your experience must include: Experience applying tax examining procedures to process restricted interest applications and other tax examining work in accordance with established program requirements. Experience reviewing and resolving technical tax examining issues by applying applicable procedures, policies, and program requirements to ensure accurate case processing. Experience analyzing tax examining casework to identify processing issues, determine appropriate corrective actions, and support timely case resolution. Experience coordinating tax examining activities with internal organizations to resolve processing issues and ensure consistent application of tax examining procedures. Experience implementing process improvements that increase the efficiency, consistency, and quality of tax examining operations and work products. Experience monitoring tax examining workloads and case inventories to identify trends, resolve processing issues, and support timely completion of assigned work. Experience applying tax examining program requirements to ensure accurate processing of cases, consistent application of procedures, and compliance with established operational standards. Experience reviewing technical case documentation and work products to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established tax examining procedures.
